'Lowball offers'
Another one of these "we will pay cash for your property places " only to find out that yes, whey will pay cash, as long as you are willing to accept $0.50 on the dollar so they can then make 100% profit. The agent who came was polite and courteous but come on, 50% of what sites like zillow show the property to be worth and they offer you that with a straight face. I would have taken an offer at say 70-75% but 50% was an insult. I will not waste my time with places like this that will try and buy at rock bottom prices only to flip it making huge profits at your expense.
