You might be surprised to know that there are no income or sales price limits with an FHA loan, however, there are loans limits.

The maximum FHA loan limits are set each year by Congress.

Below you will find the “base” FHA loan limits for the Pennsylvania counties. FHA loans that exceed 356,362 for a single-family home or condominium are called jumbo FHA loans.
