This page will explain how to look up your Beaver County property tax assessment and explain the use of the Beaver County tax calculator to estimate your property taxes in Beaver County, PA.

You have three search options with Beaver County:


  • Search by Owner's Name
  • Search by Property Location
  • Search by Parcel Number

We'll search Wal-Mart (owner's name). Click on Search by Owner's Name:

You will see this screen. Read below the input box for search syntax (i.e. last name first, etc.)

Once you find the property, click on the Details link to the left of the name or property address

You are now at the results screen

The property taxes are calculated on the Assessed - Land and Assessed Building numbers. You will notice that Beaver County provides the municipality (Neighborhood) and school district.

Beaver County Tax Calculator

This calculator will estimate your property taxes in Beaver County, PA. The calculator should be useful for real estate agents to update the property taxes on their listings and help homeowners determine whether they should appeal their property taxes.

So here's how it works:

  1. Choose the municipality with the drop down box
  2. Enter the land and building values
  3. Click Update

There you have it, but what if the tax rates change? You can backspace out the pre-filled tax rates and enter the correct millage (click outside the box after entering the rate(s) to "lock in" your values.
